There is a 1 year warranty on Blank (OEM) rotors. Cross Drilled, Slotted, and Cross Drilled and Slotted rotors have a 30 day warranty against warping & cracking. This is only valid if the proper break-in procedure has been followed and if the rotor has not been abused. Using Hawk HPS & HP+ pads on a track for competition or race purposes voids rotor warranty as they are designed for track and extreme use. A licensed technician must have installed all brake products. A customer service representative must have preapproved your case before a new rotor will be sent out. Upon receiving your new rotor, the old rotor must be shipped back, where our highly trained technicians will examine the unit for signs of abuse and abnormal wear. If it is deemed the failure was caused by improper installation or a defective braking system you will be charged for the replacement rotor, shipping of that rotor and return shipping of the original rotor, along with a handling fee.

Returns and refunds will be accepted only under these circumstances: the parts are in the original packaging unopened, and unmodified from the way it was shipped. The customer is responsible for the return-shipping fee. A refund will only be given once the product is received, and examined by our highly trained technicians. If it is found to be not in the original packaging, opened, or modified, a refund will not be given and handling fee will be applied. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the product.
